 Certain specialized areas of engineering such as civil, electrical, electronics and systems, chemical, process, natural resources, mechanical, materials, computers, aerospace, manufacturing, telecommunications and agriculture. Engineering graduates need to be a member of the institute of Engineers Malaysia (BEM). Requires three years of work experience recognized in the areas of pre-qualified for a credential interviewed professional engineer.

 

 Civil engineer................civil engineer plan, manage, desingn, oversee the construction and maintenance of public services, commercial, costraction and industrial facilities. Problem-solving skills such as knowledge of the construction work. Involves a visit to the construction site to conduct surveys, to take  a sample of rock and soil to be analyzed to ensure a safe project and taking into account the estimate of costs and help ensure taht the project is completed within the prescribed period
